Default best suspension set up

I know another suspension set up. I'm somewhat new to the suspension geometry. Ok, I'm in the middle of doing a all around DA brake set up on my 91 ED8 and I got the Energy Suspension Master Kit, S.S. Brakeline, Brembo blanks, PBR pads and currently in the mist of finding the best suspension. Alot of EFr's run koni/gc, but I'm trying to figure which is the best set-up for autox eventhough its going to be my DD i dont care about the stiffness. Im planning on swapping a k20a2. Any help will be appreciated. thanx H-Tr's

Poly bushings are junk. I'm sure many people will disagree but many will back me up. Search the RR/Autocross forum. It has been covered a lot in there.

I have buddies that drag and use poly bushings and love it. But back to my question. To be more specific which spring rate will be best for autox?

i believe i have 10k front and 14k rear.
also have a energy bushing full kit.
havent done auto-x with it, but its stiff as hell and would most likely be perfect

Yeah, the poly bushings seem to wear out quick. I like the feel though, and they have the lifetime warranty, and are easy to replace so it's not all bad.

Ground control can recommend a spring rate.

i dont care about the pricing either, so I'd rather keep on track with the koni/gc, but from what i heard the Koni Yellows only handle around 600lbs. So if I go any higher in the spring rates which struts will i use?
