Default leakin' in the cold

I have a 2005 civic sedan. I live in Alberta and it is very cold right now. my car had been sitting for about a week outside at approximately -35 degrees celsius. My car would not start that day and i did not have the block heater plugged in. I tried and tried but only killed the battery. so i boosted the car off of my truck and the car started. But as soon as i pulled away we noticed a small puddle of oil under the car. ( probably two cups of oil) I watched it for a while after that and everywhere i parked i was leaving oil spots. What is leaking? The oil pan was wet with oil and there were signs of oil behind the oil pan. I checked if my oil drain was loose, but it is actually very tight and the *********** at the lube bay stripped the head. Now i can't tighten or loosen the bolt. just wondering if this is something due to the cold or if this could be something very serious as my car is still under warranty.

You should be able to trace the leak to its source, using a flashlight.

The drain plug can probably be removed with vice grips. Preferably needle-nose. Or, if you have a dremel or small grinder; Carefully grind a slot down the center of the head of the drain plug. Then use a large screwdriver to remove it. (Using vice grips on the shaft of the screwdriver will help)
If you're worried about doing it yourself, take it to a shop, or to the dealership.

In the meantime, keep an eye on your oil level.
