Like what kind of pick up? What balancer?

I use Tec3 and they use a 1/2" mag. as a pick up and a trigger wheel instead of a dist.

Depending on what computer you are using, the T1 trigger kit is a really well designed piece. You can get rid of all the possible issues that you may run in to if you are using a stock dist. Obviously though this will NOT work with hondata. You need to run an ecu program that will let you define your crank and cam sensor events.

call endyn they would probably sell you the sensor and everything and you could just make the bracket, also i know that the fluidampr pulleys have places for trigger wheels to bolt to.

no its not, look at the size and placement of the oil filter. The s2000's f series motor is one of the only recent honda vehicles that use a different oil filter.
I would love to use a crank trigger and use individual coil packs but I run neptune and don't know how I could get rid of the dizzy....

That IS an F series engine. Look at the timing cover, that center allen bolt centers a helical gear that takes the drive from the timing chain and drives both cam shafts. That is an s2000 engine.

VTEC is considered by most to be a waste of rotational mass in a race only engine. VTEC is really only designed to aid low end power, while still maintaining a high end power band with a second larger cam lobe.

No way vtec is magic.

Yes BigTuna is using a 60-1 wheel. Heres a link to a bunch of different trigger wheel set ups that Electromotive sells.http://www.distributorless.com/products/triggerkits.php

Yes that trigger wheel is welded to the stock crank pulley.

If you need a signal for crank and reference for sequential, the AEM EPM does this.

http://www.aempower.com/ViewCategory...CategoryID=122

You can also use an OEM CKF sensor pickup. You will need a cam reference signal because the OEM signal is a 12 tooth wheel with no missing teeth, or grind one tooth off to make it a 12-1 for batch fire (teh suck).

That's a cool simple idea! I'd never even thought to use the misfire wheel for that.

I sell a flying magnet setup that comes complete with an ati damper and all. It bolts up using the 2 lower oil pump bolts. I will see if i can get some pics of it on my car.
