The Worst Fabrication Pictures thread has gotten a lot of attention. I'd like to see some of the "best of" that you guys have seen.

Good idea. Lets see some shots of yours holding up after that contact. Very well fabbed if if held up to that hit in my eyes.

 

Haha, the kit I eventually had to run was their RR kit to allow a full sized radiator. So the wastegate is off to the side rather then sticking straight out like in the pic. I was running an all alumn radiator which basically wrapped itself around the turbo, so no hard impact force was actually transferred to the manifold (I think).

 

I remember you locking a similar thread saying look at any reputable members fab work thread

however, this seems like it will be a good thread

 

I'd just like to see what reputable members who do fab work consider to be good fab work. Obviously they like their own stuff. But when a fabber who does good work stops and says 'wow' to another's work. Then that is something worth looking at.

Yes I know I locked the previous attempt at this type of thread. However I decided to let this one go for a day or two to see what would get posted and so far this is what I like to see. Lets also see some Chassis fabrication i.e. roll cages, roll bars, tube chassis, tube front end, etc.

 

I haven't fabricated since i had 2/3s of my equipment stolen a year 1/2 ago. But here is a few things I fab'ed up a couple years ago.

 

Equipment stolen...yikes damn man I feel for ya that sucks bad....heres my cage in my street car

 

Some stuff I did in the last couple months, its not the greatest ever, but some of it is different.

 

Not the best but something i'm working on at the minute.
