Replaced relay, still nothing

Default Replaced relay, still nothing

My fuel pump stopped working out of nowhere, checked the fuse and it was blown so i replaced it, blew it again, unplugged the fuel pump and it still blew, unpluigged the indash relay and it didn't blow, so i just bought a new relay and plugged it in and hooked it all back up and it still blew the fuse. also still not getting any fire, WTF don't know how ot check if it's electrical it's a 97 honda civic

Whenever a component blows a fuse, the power wire is grounded somewhere. Make sure the wires are not being pinched against metal. If you know how to use a electrical multimeter, you can find out if it is grounded.
