This being my first thread on honda-tech i'd like to first take the time to say hello to all the other people on here.


so basically i want to show everyone my first car and get some feedback on what you guys think about it.


i got my car about a month ago. i worked all summer and then some to save up for this car.

i'm trying to learn as much about it as i can. even tho i at times get fustrated because everyone else knows so much more then i do.


btw i'm 17 and a senior in high school.

B4 u start sinking money into it and ur going to be driving it everywhere u go get a top of the line alarm. Pic up the latest issue of honda tuning (with the brown crx on the cover) and look into the alarm they recommend. Especially if ur going to drive it to school, mall with ur girl or the movies

 

I would first change the Motor to a twin cam atleast a b16 a and I have 1 for sale 1000.00 for complete long block

 

Yeah its like a bubble gum blue. it looks pretty sick. a little too bright in the day time but nice at night.

hey whats the alarm they recomend??? i dont have the latest issue of honda tuning yet

 

They recomend the Auto Page RF-525 with the C3 trackind device for your phone that is compatable with the Rf-525.

Looks good bro, but stay away from that torqueless B16. Those are better used for the cars that weigh 2k. Unless you boost, can't go wrong there w/ any Honda motor.

good start seen this car around..who did u buy it from?

 

Def invest in some sort of security for ur car and try and stay away from meets until u do so! cause thieves sometimes go shoppin at those meets

 

layers and layers of alarms.

get a good alarm, make sure its a 2 way.
install a killswitch.
clutch lock.

maybe even a removable steering wheel with locking hub.

 

i traded for it from some guy who lived by six flags.
