Icon6 need help with suspension (front wheel wobbles)

1991 honda crx si w/b16

i'll try to make this short.

i had a 1st gen b16a motor in my crx, untill it blew last year in october.
my car has been sitting in one spot for a year.i got another b16,its a 2nd gen b16a.
all i change was the motor and tranny.changed the tranny because it didnt have a 4th gear,so i got another one.
ok.so i had a couple guys do the swap for me.i used the same halfshaft, axles, hasport motor mounts and all.

motor started.im thinking sweet,i can finally drive my car,i tried pulling it out of the driveway and heard a loud pop,i jacked up the car.i was turning the front passenger wheel with my hand and noticed it spins freely then slow's down, like it gets stuck, then pops and repeats it again.
i tried driving it again.this time i took it out of the driveway, onto the street and then noticed the front passenger wheel wobble.

so here i am,stuck with this.i cant figure out why the wheel wobbles.i dont even go pass, say 5 mph and the wheel wobbles.everything seems pretty tight,i cant notice anything wrong.

could it be the axle? it has a torn boot, nothing real bad, slightly cut but could this cause it?..do axles go bad sitting for a year?

i would really appreciate it if someone can help me figure this out.

thanks fellas

The axle could be slightly seperated. It's common. Did you pull on the axle when installing it? Do you see a slight "sucked in" portion on the inner axle boot?

The inner joint is probably the culprit. It's happened to me. It's more common with aftermarket axles.

Lift the car up, put it on stands. Get under it and turn the wheel. Look at the inner axle joint. If it moves back and forth and squirms....it's the axle joint.

if your wheel bearing is going bad, it may cause some wobble as well..

^ i've seen both happen. either one is more than likely gonna be your culprit. good luck.
