I have a 1994 Honda Civic with an idle surge only when it is very warm. I have taken off the iacv and cleaned it out. Surge is still there. I have done extensive research on this, read many other posts, and I can't seem to locate the fitv that everyone says to clean out and srew in all the way, then out 3 turns. I even took off the throttle body to look underneath, and there is nothing there except one skinny metal tube with two hoses connected to it-this is part of the tb itself-no screws or anything to remove. The iacv has a plastic thing in the middle of it with threads, and a 5 star screw at the very end. I don't have a tool like that, or else I would try screwing that in. I am a bit confused here. I can't find a picture of a fitv anywhere on the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Is my iacv and fitv one part?
