tranny clearance?
I have gsr in my 91hatch and im running eibach spring and when I put the motor in I could barely press down on the front end and the transmission would hit the radius rod? how can i get more clearance? I have raised it up for the time being but dont like the way it looks.
what mounts do you have? some mounts make the engine/tranny sit lower in the engine bay. also, what struts do you have? your struts will make more of a differnce than your springs when it comes to how bouncy it is. if you get a set of adjustable struts this could help solve your problem.
I had an ls swap in my crx using Hasport monuts and had eibach springs and used both kyb agx struts and koni yellows and never had a problem with the tranny hitting the radius rod.

I had the same problem on some cheap mounts. I took off my crank pulley and got the last 2 pulley machined off for 20$. Solved all my problems. I only ran the alternator tho.
the mounts are billet avid mounts i believe. my struts are tokico and its not bouncy its just a half inch away. and my pulley is a ctr pulley and its fine
