About to purchase this, but I want to make sure so I figure I'd come here and ask:

Is a OBD2 si engine harness compatible with a b16b type r and the ecu also?

I only ask b/c I am under the assumption the pins/connectors will work with engine but not sure about the JDM ECU.

Yes and yes. The JDM PCT is one of very few JDM OBD2 ECUs that uses OBD2B style plugs, just about everything else stayed OBD2A all the way through.
