Fuel Rail Help!!
I have a 99 EK with a jdm b16a. I bought a skunk2 carbon composite fuel rail because i was bored. Now the problem that im having with it is the nut that holds on the fuel line coming off the fuel filter. The nut that was on my b16 has a different thread pitch than the fitting that came with the skunk2 fuel rail. I wasnt sure if integra's or older model civics came with a different thread pitch or what. I took a picture to show you guys the fitting on the fuel rail.
i think the thread pitch is the same for integra/civics. you would think if the thread pitch is different from stock then they should have gave you another nut for it.
since it's new maybe it's just a little stiffer to screw on??? does it seem to be cross threading??? i'm sure if you call skunk2 and tell them your situation they can help you...
No, its def a different thread pitch, you can hold the stock fuel rail and the skunk2 fuel rail next to each other and you can see that the skunk2 pitch is different than the stock one. When you thread the nut onto it, itll go on for a couple of turns and then just stop. But then ill thread it on the stock rail and its like butter.
Installation guide says is should come with everything needed.

Yeah they say that assuming you have the correct hardware on your car. The banjo fitting and the end plug are the ones that screw directly into the fuel rail. I found out what nut i needed. Its the fuel nut that looks like it has a filter on it. Ex.
