NSX lugnuts fit the stock ITR rims?

Try for a quantity discount. And/or get them from one of the mail-order discounters like A & H Motorsport.
I think I can get 20% at the local dealership but that's still pricey. I will see if they can give me more since I'm buying lots.
What, you thought I was making that up when I told you? Try posting in the nsx forum, I am sure those guys are not using their stock lugs with aftermarket wheels.

The stock NSX lug nuts, just like the stock ITR lug nuts (and probably ALL stock Honda/Acura lug nuts, I'd imagine) have a spherical (also called acorn) shaped seating surface. This is the area that makes contact with the wheels, which have a spherical shaped seating surface to match.
Most aftermarket wheels have a conical (also called tapered) shaped seating surface, and they usually come with conical shaped lug nuts to match.
If you use spherical lug nuts with spherical wheels, the entire surface mates and holds on the wheels. Similarly, if you use conical lug nuts with conical wheels, the same thing happens.
If you mix and use one kind of lug nuts with the other kind of wheels, the only thing that mates is a circle but not the entire area, and the lug nuts are not as secure.
That's why you should use OEM lug nuts with OEM wheels, and aftermarket lug nuts with aftermarket wheels.
