The quarters are not rusted at all The outside of the shell is Immaculate.
Could be awesome project car or winter car. Ive been driving it everyday for the week or so ive had it. Got it off a guy I know that owed me money.

The heat works but there is no Panel to turn it up or down. You have to play with a lever. It constintly on defrost and floor and medium fan.
