they are either sparco or rota msr.

 

I can assure you that they are not MSR's. MSR's have 6 pairs of spokes.

there are actually no stampings that could help me find out the name of them, but would anyone know where to get these same kind of rims? any brand names? whether or not knockoffs, or at the least very similar.

No. This was mentioned earlier, it is NOT those. They have 6 sets of spokes, while the one's this guy's asking about has seven.

The rims in question are Racing Sparco's, more that likely knock offs of them, and I have no idea as to what brand because I've never seen replicas, but that is no doubt what they are.

 

Actually, the set he's asking about has 8 "sets".
