PR3-J00 Speed governer?

PR3-J00 Speed governer?

Does anyone know if this ecu has a set speed limit? My car would only do 110 in 5th at around 7k.

More than likely the ecu does have a speed limiter from factory.

Whats weird is that this is a chipped PR3-J00, and with the other ECU I have which is a "stock" PR3-J00 I did 115 and it could have kept pulling.

I am not sure exactly where it is set but that sounds about right. They do have a limiter in stock form.
