Inflater for the Airbag??
I'm looking at purchasing a JDM CTR/ITR wheel on eBay. It comes with the airbag but not the piece that sits behind the actual airbag. The seller is refering to it as the clockspring, but I don't see any for sale on eBay that look like the part I need. Here's a pic to show you what I'm talking about.

It is the square shaped piece that is connected by the four bolts and has the yellow wire coming out that connects into the clock spring that is on the steering wheel column.
So can anyone tell me what that part is called and where I can get one?
Thanks
ps. I can't get the picture to show. My html skills suck

The seller said that I can remove the stock inflater from my wheel and put it on the JDM one. Sounds like it might be dangerous. I don't want my airbag to go off when I install it or NOT go off if I'm in an accident.
Here's a pic of one from 96-00 USDM civic
