Default How to wire fan correctly?

I have a 90 CRX Si with a JDM D15B.. i picked up the car with the swap. The only thing that bothers me is that the Fan is connected so that when ever the car is turned on the fan is on. I would like to get it connected how it is supposed to be connected, for it to go on when it's supposed to... any one know how? Thanks
