Change my Oil yesterday and the screw has some shavings of this thread, I still managed to put it in but I think I might ended up getting a new pan.

How much a new pan cost and from the looks of it I have to remove the headers for me to put in the new pan.

Is this something that the car needs to be jacked up high for it to be remove or just ordinary jack stands will do?

First you can go to any autoparts store, bring your oil pan bolt and ask them for an Over Sized bolt. The OS bolt is self tapping and will fix it

It will work for a while, but some of the shavings created by it's self tapping action will be left in the pan, and will get sucked into the oil pump.

$141 + shipping for pan and gasket, and it will be as good as new. you will have to drop the downpipe off of the header (6 bolts) and then the pan should be easy to remove. It can be done with just a floor jack and standard jack stands.
