MSD SS coil and cap
I have a JDM H22 and i noticed that there is no external coil pack like a H22A4 motor. There is only one connector for the distributor unlike the two connectors for a USDM distributor. Will a MSD distributor cover and SS coil wire up to this JDM distributor?
here the kit i was going to buy

MSD is not the way to go - its been scienificly proven by facts that prove it.
Seriously though, if your car isn't breaking up now (noticable high-rpm stutter with new OEM plug wires/cap/rotor & plugs), you won't gain a thing - same gas milage, same power. The guys who make 500+ HP out of the turbocharged motors will stick to stock stuff up to about 400whp. After that they definately won't go with MSD - their quality has been abysmal for the last decade. There was actually a picture of a human hair glued in with the clear epoxy seal in one of their coils.

Not really me, all the guys making 2-3x higher power than stock are. The stock wires actually kick ***, as do the whole Honda dizzy. You can change plugs to increase plug life, but that's all I'd really change. Only a few people have ignitor issues, but those are also 15-yr old parts used for 150-200k+ miles.
Just make sure it's Honda OEM, not Autozone OEM-replacement.
