basically what the topic says. i need to replace the drums on my 89 si. i would like to use the aluminum ones of off the first generation crx. i remember seeing that they will fit the second generation hf but will the fit a second gen si?

yes they will fit. good luck finding a set. honda does not make them anymore

 

can you find these at autozone, advance, o'reilly, napa etc.?

 

From what I've read absolutely not.

You can look up the parts and they'll get you the parts but they'll be regular non aluminum drums.

 

We have a couple used sets of these for sale. True "Un-obtanium" Honda parts are expensive though. Hit me up. Good Luck....

 

agreed.. the aluminum drums are impossible to find, and all the places that sell the replacement parts just sell the crappy cast iron ones.
