100watt H3 bulbs will make them "bright @ss" and probably damage things... real question is are you trying to use them at night as driving lights? is so than you've got a problem since those lights aren't ment as driving lights but short range fog lights...

Yep, H3 light bulbs are not designed to send out a far-reaching beam of light. Its transverse-mounted filament is designed to give a short, wide beam pattern that fills in the space between the front bumper and the area illuminated on the road by the stock halogen headlights.

I can drive by my fogs at night but I can also see really well at night, most people can't. The problem is the OP made a broad generalization towards what he wanted so who only knows what he's willing to do. I'm willing to be a set of Hella rally lights would be enough light for him but would basically be blinding the rest of the world for his own gain which is as bad as people rocking high beams/lifted trucks/missaimed OE hid's and the obvious pnp user (depending on housing...).
