That cluster you pictured is just a DIY job on a regular cluster....the needles were just painted.

The real one on the other hand is from Europe and can be purchased from there, here's a pic

As mention its a DIY....meaning Do It Yourself. Take them off and paint them

Just go to a hobby shop or michaels and get some of that model paint by testors, and a brush.
You might even find you want a different color too

 

Like the others said, some model paint from a hobby shop. Just be careful if you pull the needles off. They are very delicate!

 

Don't waist your time pulling the needles off. You will just ruin your cluster. Take a piece of paper and cut a slot in it. Slid it under the needle and paint it with a fine tip brush with any model car paint. Its easy and takes no time at all.

nice job, may just have to do a white face and paint the needles to match the Autometer Phantom gauges.

 

Or use an orange permanent marker; that's been done as well. Even easier.
