The Multiplex Control Unit may be bad, see this TSB to see what the Multiplex Control Unit is.

Regarding the rear passenger lock, the lock actuator may be bad.

before you do that, reset the system by setting intermittent wiper ring to half way and turn the car on 10 sec and then off. sometimes if the power is interrupted the multiplexer gets mixed up and needs a reset
the doorlock actuator except for the drivers are all tied together and tend to fail as we replace them all the time they will unlock and lock fine when sitting but if you cycle the locks a couple of times you will see them slow down and stop and if you let them cool it will work again a few more times.. 99% sure it's the actuators

Is this with the remore only, or also using the key?
also my wireless entry sometimes unlock and lock all the doors.
By this do you mean that they will operate by themselves, or that it works intermittantly?
My rear passenger door lock doesnt work either.
Either a damaged / loose connection or a bad Actuator.

It's not inconceivable that you're suffering from several meladies.
Near dead Battery in the remote.
Defective Driver's door actuator / rear door actuator.

The doors locks only work and sometimes dont work is only with the remote key.
The actual key i can unlock my drivers and passenger but when i use the master switch, all my doors but the rear passenger unlock.
But when i get out i have to make sure my rear passengers door is lock so when i get out of my car i can use the wireless and push lock and to get the horn to beep.
And 90% of the time i cant unlock any of my doors with the wireless.
Brand new battery and also a brand new battery in the remote.
