First...i bought a 88-89 si cluster for my 90 civic hb,all the wire fits just there was no piece to plug in my wire(the middle one) so i guess i got the wrong one.so i took it back to the junk yard and got my money back... Now my old cluster(no tech) and new 90-91 si cluster seat belt flashes when driving about 5mph...dont know why i checked my fuses but didnt find nothing blown...is there othere fuses for that?
