changing a head gasket???

my friend needs to change the head gasket on his 4dr. any help on doing it or tips?? much appreciated.

yeah i did it on my car with a chiltons in 3 days (2 days for seals to come in) and it runs perfect. just make sure that the head isnt warpped.
