Icon2 ABS Light + SRS Light = Electricals?

So I posted in another thread about the SRS light, but now a new problem has come up. So I decided to start a thread related to it.

Problem:
The ABS and SRS lights came on today when I went out to run some errands. I noticed the ABS light would come on and off and would even flicker when I was driving or braking. Sometimes it would entirely go off when on the freeway and come back on on the exit ramp.

Got back home, no problems. Fast forward to night time. Ran some more errands, same deal with the ABS light, flickering on and off. I noticed that it came on when I pressed on the accelerator. I pulled off the road because when I was driving, my headlights were turning off. First the drivers side headlight, then the passenger side headlight. They would both come back on after I came to a complete stop or even after just slowing to a crawl. While driving, and they were off, I would flash my high beams and it would appear the lowbeams would come back on but then shut back off after a second. (I have an HID retrofit that's why the hi/low are split)

The ABS light would turn on and off when I'm at a dead stop and press the accelerator. It would also turn on and off when I turned the steering wheel left or right while parked.

Can I pull the ABS fuse as a temp fix? Will it work as a permanent fix?
What's the main cause of the ABS lamp coming on and off for various reasons?

Update on issue:

If I turn on the rear defroster, the SRS and/or ABS light turn off. Likewise the A/C. Also, the windows rolled up/down super fast, like there was too much power running through the system?

sounds like an alternator issue. i have seen a few 01-05 civic alternator's diodes go bad and it causes the alternator to put out 16 volts and throws the electrical system all out of wack. the srs and abs lights will come on and set dtc's for power supply failure. do a battery and alternator test and see how much voltage the alternator is putting out. if its out of range replace the alternator.
