Default P13 ECU Q30 Blown up

As the title states, Q30 on my ECU is blown up. What does it control and can it be fixed? How bad is this? I ran my car for almost a year on this ECU. I don't know how long it was like this, could it have damaged anything?

A tech in our shop did the same thing! On a H22 OBD1 swap. He wired the purge control solenoid wrong. the control wire is a ground signal, but he added 12v hot to it. when the car started, smoke came out of the ECU. It runs the same.It just wont purge fresh air into the charcoal canister. The "check engine" light wont come on because its not a MONITERED COMPONENT. We actually fixed it by "piggy backing" another transistor on top of the fried one!

Thanks. I got this ECU with my swap. I think it was already blown up when I got it because when I took the cover off the screws were loose. The car seemed to run ok with that ECU, but I got a USDM one to get rid of the jdm speed limiter. I thought I would just crack this one open to see what was inside and found that blown resistor.
