92 accord ex (idling problem)

92 accord ex (idling problem)

92 Accord every once in a while it will idle, someone told me about an idle control sensor, another said idle control valve and i have no idea where it's located! I was also told i can remove it and clean it...........Where to look and what to do????

There is a great write up in the Accord FAQ titled "Cleaning the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV), Fast Idle Thermo Valve (FITV) and Throttle Body (TB)" have a read and see if that helps

These things are notorious for idling issues related to the IACV, it's an easy fix to a common problem.
