Both pistons sport the same piston pin diameter at .866", so it may actually fit THE ROD.
Now the question becomes dome volume and compression height?
The f23 piston is 1mm larger in diameter.
An easier route would be a set of aftermarket slugs machined for what you want, and the application you have.
