whats the cheapest n best way to make a 93 accord decently quick for under 2000$?? turbo the stock moter do a swap with a turbo not sure im a b series guy help me outtt thanks!

 

The best advice i can give is don't spend any money UNTIL you know what you want.

Using the words "Cheap" and "Best" in the same sentence is not only an afront to common sense, but an Oximoron as well. Anyone who can call themselves a motorhead will tell you that nothing about this is "Cheap".
