oem itr spark plugs heat range?

does anyone know off top of head the stock heat range?

i was thinking of putting in plugs 1 range colder...

NGK's website says one heat range colder will remove 70 to 100 degrees (C) more heat. Don't know if that helps though.

it is recommended for JRSC'd cars.
