i have a serious question about if it is possible cutting a cut out next to the top hat so that the top arm could stop slapping the wheel well because when i turn the ring on the coil over sleeve adjusting it all the way down on to max out the lowering the top arm starts to ride hard on the wheel well so you guys think i should cut it? to see what i get

2.disc grinder

3.sawzal

any suggestions?

 

i'm a fan of the grinder. dremel cutting wheels break like hell. and a sawzal seems overkill.
