WTB: stock 13 or 14 inch wheels and 96~00 side skirt in socal, must be good deal

My 99 civic 4 door got stolen and just got back, my wheels got stolen and my driver side rocker panel/side skirt also got stolen, so I am looking for replacement one, if you have stock 13 or 14 wheels laying around looking to get rid of, please let me know what you have.

Also driver side rocker panel/side skirt, if you have that, let me know too
