Icon6 Stuttering idle 1000rpm-1600rpm (Help?!)

I got a 91 crx hf with d15b vtec and 5psi t3/t4 turbo with internal wastegate and when running at an idle it jumps from 1000rpm to bout 1600rpm with shitty take off and its constant, whether engine is cold or hot the idle still jumps. I also had oil in all 4 plug tubes, and leaking valve cover but hopefully gaskets and plug seal will fix that tomorrow.

Any suggestions, really need help thanks...

check the fitv valve (behind the TB), IACV (back of the intake manifold), TPS (on the throttle body itself). one of those three is most likely your culprit.

yeah that definitely sounds like a vacuum leak, check all your SPwires and cap wires...

it sounds a little like that eighty-nyne but it a faster jump than that in the idle. And im gonna do the iacv and the fitv but there is a hose coming out of my fitv that i have no clue were it goes and my buddy said that could be causin it too. Also im pullin the tps code but i cant seem to find one anywhere without buyin a whole new tb

Oh, my bad, I guess the comma tripped you up, I'll put the word "AND" in next time and maybe you can figure that one out easier.
Why are there people like you that are always out to prove something on forums?
Do you have a "chip on your shoulder?"
Why the heck do you care enough to write sarcastic replies like that, that Do Not Help ascertain the guy's original question?
And just for saying that [what do wires do for a vaccum leak there ranger? Jack ****.] makes you look pretty stupid, and you misspelled v.a.c.u.u.m... vacuum leak= hoses on the intake poorly connected or not connected at all on the fittings / SparkPlug wires= loose connection of wires that lose contact temporarily during idle vibration as well as moisture infiltration of the insulating boots...
