Default how will lowering my car effect my drag racing?

hey guys i am looking into dropping my car about 1.7 - 2.0 inches using this kit and my teg is my DD but i drag it on the weekends http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/s...780&perfCode=S
this is a pretty good kit don't ya guys think?
and i was wondering how will lowering my car effect my drag racing performance? both in times and wear and tear?

Ive had good luck with my Skunk2 Cs and my friend runs the Omnis.Both street cars over 450whp and track a few times a month. Just check the spring rates.

my friend had them and hated them, depends on what you want im ridding on skunk2 sport shocks and sk2 springs rides great!
