Start with thinking about how much you really want to spend and how fast you are trying to make it

Give yourself realistic goals

both are crap.

BTW so you dont sound like a n00b any more.

A header is for a N/A car
An exhaust Manifold is for a Turbo car.

get a name brand turbo manifold like full-race or spoolin or something along those lines. you don't want something thats not gonna fit right or thats gonna crack a month or year down the road.

Honda says the stock piece is an "exhaust manifold". Is Honda full of noobs? Anyway, a header is an aftermarket exhaust manifold designed to increase performance. A turbo manifold is an exhaust manifold designed specifically for turbo engines.
