How to adjust headlight beam on 96 Accord

How do you adjust the height of the beam on a 96 Accord? My friends headlights are aimed way too low. THey suck so bad. It's kind of unsafe for her to drive on dark roads.

i haven't looked at the headlights yet but ill check it out. Thanks. And I'm not sure about a woman doing it. THey can't do ****. Just kidding or am I.
