steering wheel SHAKES AND JERKS help!
when i turn on my 2000 accord first you hear a skreching sound i think its the belt on the power streering and when i start turning the steering wheel i feel a jerking shaking feeling on the wheel also when i slow down from 70 mph the wheel shakes im a newbie so if you guys can help please??

1) Loose Power Steering Pump Belt (Screeching noise) and
2) Warped Brake Rotors (Shakes when slowing down)
Those are my priliminary thoughts.
