Heat stopped working (Searched)
Ok so i have looked around, searched mulitiple forums. My heat has always been awesome. Until yesterday, it was -20 degrees w/ wind chill. So i let my car warm up for 10 min or so, drive to work. heat seems ok, its a little on the cold side, but working. I get in my car at lunch time, let it warm up for about 5 min, i start driving and it shows that its warming up, but i have NO heat coming out what so ever. Also, my car stalls 3 times and i have to start it again. So i check my cable under the hood to see if some how it got moved to close, its the same it has been for 3 months, and i check under my passenger side, also the cable is in the right position. So, i thought my coolant was low, i pop the cap, and i only get about a shot glass worth or coolant in before its over flowing. I start my car after, to make sure it flows and there are no bubbles. Everything looks good, nothing seems frozen, my upper and lower radiator hoses, are both warm, and the car is running at normal temp.
This morming i start the car to warm it up, and i let it sit for about 15-20 min. While inside i hear it almost stall out 3 times, but after that it was good, i drove 30 min to work, temps look good, car runs great, but still no heat.
ANYONE got ay suggestions? its 1 degree outside now, and was this morning, sucks driving 30 min to and from work with no heat, the inside of my windshield has frost on it from my breath, lol.

maybe the heater control valve is stuck/clogged.. possible air bubble in the heater core, or its clogged also.. id remove the heater control valve and check to see if its opening and while its off, id flow some water thru the heater core to make sure water is flowing thru it.. just something u could check

I hope you dont mind.. but I'm going to piggy-back your post.
My heater was working fine yesterday. It was blowing really hot air and cold when I wanted it. I did notice that it was blowing harder upon acceleration, but other than that.. everything was normal. Now it is not blowing AT ALL on any setting. Havent checked the fuse yet.. any other ideas? would the blower motor be working fine one second and be dead the next?
-thanks guys

Usually what happens is the brushes in the motor
are worn out and lose connection..
If that is the case, sometimes tapping on the silver area in the center of this pic
with a screwdriver handle with make it start working again for a short time:

Fuse#19 is for the blower..
Check for power on the blue/white using the other side
blue/black as the ground..
P.S. Sometimes the ground wire burns up..
test with an alternative grounding point also.

So I checked my fuses and they were all okay.. so just a few minutes ago I drove my car and the blower motor still wasnt working.. I stoped at the end of my street and tapped the silver part of the motor as mentioned above and it started blowing a little, upon acceleration the force of air increased as mentioned in my origional post.
On the return trip, (after turning my car off for 10 min and back on) the blower motor took a few seconds to start working and again didnt blow hard utill the rpm's increased during idle.. The force of air seems to fluctuate at idle (steady rpm).. so Im not sure what the problem is.. Im assuming it has to do with the connection as mentioned because yesterday when it wouldnt turn on, I did have a friend in the passenger seat (probably kicked something)
any other thoughts are appreciated..
