Does anyone have a pic of a black s2k with carbon fiber fenders, front bumper and hood? I've searched google, H-T and s2ki and can't find what I'm looking for. I've got some damage to the front of mine from a hit and run and I'm considering this but not sure how it will look. Thanks in advance.

that's kinda what I figured. I like the hood, trunk and hardtop but I thought the fenders and bumper might be too much. What all is required to change to an ap2 front? Just the bumper?

 

you can use anything from the ap1-ap2... but the full changeover is the bumpers & headlights... along with taillights if youre going for everything

Well I just went and got and estimate for 2,250 so I guess my options are open. One headlight from honda is 557 bucks. I appreciate you guys help

that's what I'm thinking. If I can source some black fenders, bumper and headlights in excellent condition I'll do that.

just imagine a fwak up black primer front end s2k, from 5 feet and beyound they all look the same. esp the big gaps and wave on low end cf product

 

I'm assuming I can use my ap1 ballasts and bulbs. If so, I'll probably get back with you on this. Is this something you can get all the time or do you just have one set?

 

600 is a reasonable going rate for AP2 headlights w/o ballasts. They come with bulbs often times though, unless they were replaced by the dealer for whatever reason. You can find AP1 lights for much cheaper though if you don't wanna do the face lift. Which side do you need?

The ballasts do not just bolt on. You have to modify the hole in the bottom of the AP2 lights as well as make a custom bracket for the AP1 ballast. It's much larger then the AP2 version.
