I'd have to doubt that. I've seen some that don't look bad at first. Then they begin their quick aging process. Mesh flexes and falls out usually.
They never look exactly like OEM ones though.
Oh, and didn't the first post earlier just say OE versus DIY? No mention of US or not. I'd still rather have a stock US grille over a hacked up one with mesh in it.

I've had a DIY on mine, and it didnt look terrible, but then i decided that i liked the look of the stock grille a whole lot better. Not only did it look cleaner, it also held itself together better haha
