i am currently havin some ecu issues and to make sure it is the ecu and not sumthing else i am gonna test my thery... my friend has an 03 ep3 and i have an 03 ep3 can i take his ecu and put it in my car and see if my check engine light doesent come on in my car with his ecu or if his car with my ecu and see if a check engine light comes on to limit my expenses at the stealership????? idk if honda k- series ecu's are interchangeable with eathother...... please help

 

same engine and same car and ecu, yeah you can swap. why do you want to see the diff with your ecu? what code do you have?
