Yeah this morning I jus felt a big difference in my clutch then last night it sinks and when I push on it usually its stiffer(obviously) and doesn't engage till I hit the bottom which is basically the floor I asked some guy n he said I prob gotta bleed it cuz I might have air in my lines 2 problems how do I bleed my clutch and how would air have gotten in my lines?

If by 'sinks' you mean that the pedel goes to the floor without disengaging the clutch, then you have a bad Clutch Master Cylinder. Bleeding it may temporarily mask the situation (via the introduction of fresh fluid), but the underlying condition still exists; corrosion of the cylinder's bore. This damages the cylinder bore's surface and doesn't allow the piston seal to conform and seal against the bores surface - thus the loss of pressure.
