Title says it all, I cant figure it out. I don't have a manual book either ..

 

on your stereo, it says clock under FM or one of the buttons. Hold that down until your clock starts blinking. there should be two other buttons that say H and M. hit the H to adjust hour and M to adjust minutes. hit the FM button again when you're done and your clock is set.
