Help with spark plug tube seals

Valve cover gasket. You aren't messing with the head gasket unless you remove the cylinder head.
Don't know that model but my guess would be concave seal side goes up into the spark plugs holes in the valve cover. I feel pretty certain one way will fit better than the other and that will be a good sanity check.
Shouldn't be a problem to use the existing valve cover and check it after awhile. In the worst case replacing the valve cover if the scrapes become a problem shouldn't be too expensive.
