i'm not necessarily in the market for a type r, but one happened to show up locally that seems to be an awesome deal.

its a 2000 black, with 98k miles on the chasis, but only 81k on the motor. says a previous owner removed the engine, then the car was repoed, and the new owner put in a motor from a wrecked R. it looks clean as hell, can't tell its been swapped. guy says he's got clean title and carfax for his car, and the carfax for the wrecked car the motor came out of.
he's listed the price fo 12k, but mentioned he would take 10.

the more i think about it, the more i want it, how necessary is it to have a garage for these things?
