just bought a ls vtec integra but the vtec does not open up where do i start. a gsr ecu came with it uninstalled but i'm brand new to all this and need some help

 

wait what "VTEC DOESNT OPEN UP" wiat you sure it's a Ls/VTEC ? if your VTEC doesn't work do you know of any engine codes coming on ? any cel will put your ecu in closed loop and your VTEC won't work. take it to a professional to run a test on it your new and it aintworth trying to fix it ..
