Default Difference between Tein HA and SS.

I used search and found a lot of post on Tein but didn't really find anything that answered my question. If someone has that circle chart that shows all the different models that would help. I can't really see a difference between the two. Thanks

Both are usually identical in spring rates, I know this applies for the Integra DC(2). Does not apply for RSX (DC5), for some reason they made the SS slightly stiffer. Other than that, the HA come with a helper spring and the SS do not. On some applications, you might notice the strut housing will say Type HA for an SS. They're roughly $100 or less apart list price.
