WHAT! I tried to make some kind of sense out of your babbling, but I just couldn't. Learn to type the english language properly, then come back and try again. The most I got out of that is that you purchased a baby....

wow guys seriously relax... no need to get all agitated lol... just simply ask him to rewrite it!
I know the paper clip trick works on the stock seat... but not sure on the new Type-R you got... try it and let us know! If not bring it to the dealer they will take care of it!

Srs is Supplemental Restraint System (ie: air bags, seat belt pretensioners). Honda put air bags in the seats of some of the newer cars, especially 06-08 Civic SI's. Even if your seats don't have air bags in them, they still have seat belt pre-tensioners (pull hard and fast on your seat belt once, it'll lock up). When you disconnect the wire, the computer cannot communicate with the seat belt pretensioner, thus the light comes on. Wait until you see the 06-08 Civic SI's. They have air bags that blow out from the back of the seat and cushion you from a side impact. The buckle where you clip the seat belt into has the charging mechanism to inflate the seat bag!! Weird? Nah. I have a pair of the SI seats (black with the red striping and red "SI" badge. Both bags were blown in the seat backs but, I'm not putting them in an 06-08 SI.

well thank you shandonwall for explaining everything and answering nothing! lmao
There is a way of reseting the SRS light and I will walk you through it... Ready?
1) Grab a paper clip and remove the fuse panel under the steering wheel
2) Locate the fuse panel and find the yellow SRS plug in the middle left side
3) Unplug the yellow clip and complete the circuit on the clip with a paper clip or wire
4) Place your key in the ignition and turn to the "on position. (now leave it alone through the whole process)
5) You should hear beeps for 3 seconds, and when the beep is gone, the SRS should turn OFF.
6) QUICKLY, Take the paperclip/wires out and the light should come back on.
7) When the light comes on, QUICKLY plug the paperclip back in to complete the curcuit again, in a second or so, the SRS light should TURN off
8) At the final step here, you will remove the paperclip/wire and the light will quickly flash twice and turn off. You should wait a second or two to see if the light comes back, if so, YOU WILL NEED TO REPEAT steps 5-7 again. If not, read step 9
9) At this point, take the key out of the ignition and put the 2-pin clip back in to the proper place (same place where you took it out). Secure the bottom dash back in to place. Test out the SRS again with the Ignition Position II. It should beep then the SRS should turn off.
