ive got a 94 gsr dc2 the lr tail lamp went out replaced the bulb and it does fine but when u turn the parking light or head lamps on it goes out im thinking its a bad ground or high resistance in the circuit has any one ran into this problem befor? and hints?

What do you mean " lr tail lamp", the tail lights are the park lights, [running lights] did you mean left rear brake or signal light? 94

 

sorry its the brake lamp that goes out when u hit the brakes and they lights are on

 

Sounds like you used the wrong bulb.
